Jaadu 2.0 Terms of Use
These are the terms you accept when you create a Jaadu 2.0 account. They say what Jaadu 2.0 is, what it is not, what you may do with it, and where you stand if something goes wrong. The Privacy Policy forms part of them.
1. This agreement
These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Alzyon Tech Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62012CT2024PTC016326) with its registered office at H.No 61, Shri House, Mahaveer Nagar, Dharampura-2, Jagdalpur, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh 494001, India ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of jaadu2.com, the Jaadu 2.0 application, and everything we provide through them (together, "Jaadu 2.0" or the "Service").
You accept these Terms by ticking the box at signup and creating an account, or by signing in with Google after ticking that box. That forms a contract electronically under section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Definitions
- "Output" means anything Jaadu 2.0 generates or displays: answers from the research desk, charts, indicators, regime readings, alerts, backtests, paper-trading results, strategies and briefs.
- "Your Content" means what you put into Jaadu 2.0: questions, instructions, strategies you describe, watchlists and alert conditions.
- "Digital assets" means cryptocurrencies and other virtual digital assets as defined in Indian tax law.
3. Who may use Jaadu 2.0
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Jaadu 2.0 is not offered to minors, and we will delete an account we learn belongs to one.
- You must not be barred from using the Service by any law that applies to you, and you are responsible for confirming that using a market-analysis tool is lawful where you are.
- If you use Jaadu 2.0 on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes it.
4. Your account
- Give us an email address that is genuinely yours and keep it current; it is where we send account and alert notices.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for others, share yours, or sign up repeatedly to move up the waitlist.
- You may delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. What Jaadu 2.0 is, and what it is not
Jaadu 2.0 is a research and analysis tool. It helps you study a market, test an idea before you risk money on it, and watch the market when you are not. It does not tell you what to do with your money, and it cannot do anything with your money.
It is none of the following, and will not become one without telling you first:
- Not a broker, exchange or trading platform. Jaadu 2.0 does not place, route, execute or manage orders anywhere. "Paper trading" is a simulation on historical or live data with no real position.
- Not a custodian or wallet. Jaadu 2.0 never holds, receives or transfers funds or assets, and never asks for exchange API keys, wallet keys or brokerage credentials.
- Not an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or financial planner. Nothing Jaadu 2.0 shows you is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold anything, and nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Output is generic analysis of public market data, not advice tailored to your circumstances.
Alzyon Tech Solutions Private Limited is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a research analyst or investment adviser, nor with any securities, commodities or financial regulator anywhere, and does not offer any service that would require such registration. Digital assets are not securities in India. Jaadu 2.0 covers digital-asset markets today and will cover equities, derivatives or other regulated instruments only once we hold the registrations and licences those markets require, at which point these Terms will be updated and you will be asked to accept them again.
If you want advice, consult someone qualified and regulated to give it.
6. Markets, risk and results
This clause matters more than the rest of this document, so it is written plainly rather than in capitals.
Trading and digital assets are high-risk. You can lose money, including everything you put in. Digital assets are volatile, largely unregulated, and not legal tender in India; there is no investor protection scheme behind them. Every decision you make after using Jaadu 2.0 is yours alone, whatever Output you saw and however it was worded, and we are not liable for it.
Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical. They are produced with hindsight, may not reflect real liquidity, spreads, slippage, fees, funding or outages, and are not a forecast. A strategy that performed well in a backtest or a paper run can lose money immediately in a live market. Past performance, real or simulated, does not indicate future results.
Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and everything computed from it inherits those faults. Alerts can fire late, early or not at all. Do not rely on Jaadu 2.0 for anything that cannot tolerate that.
7. Jaadu 2.0 is an AI, and how it works
Jaadu 2.0 is an agentic artificial-intelligence system. When you ask it something, a large language model plans how to answer, writes and runs code over market data in a sandbox, calls our analysis tools (for example order-flow, volume-profile, regime and backtesting routines), reads the results, and writes the answer you see. The same system builds strategies from your description, runs backtests and paper trades, searches for strategies overnight, and writes alerts and briefs. No human reviews an answer before you see it.
We build it to compute every figure it shows rather than invent one, to show its evidence, and to say when it cannot answer. Even so, like every AI system, Jaadu 2.0 makes mistakes. It can misread a chart, run the wrong calculation, misunderstand your question, produce a figure the data does not support, or state something wrong with complete confidence, in the same way that AI chatbots do. Output can also be incomplete or out of date because the data behind it was.
So: treat every Output as a starting point for your own judgement, never as a substitute for it. Check any number before you act on it. Do not rely on Jaadu 2.0 for anything that cannot tolerate an error. You must not represent Output to anyone else as advice, and you must not use Jaadu 2.0 to give advice to others where doing so requires a licence you do not hold.
8. Your Content
Your Content stays yours. You give us a licence to store, process and display it, and to send the relevant parts to our model provider, in order to run and improve Jaadu 2.0 as described in the Privacy Policy. We may read conversations to fix failures and improve the desk. We will not publish them, and we will not hand them to any third party to train their models. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to give it to us.
9. Acceptable use
While using Jaadu 2.0, do not:
- Attack, probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or test it for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a security flaw, tell us at the address in clause 20; we would much rather hear from you than not.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-export Output or data, or access the Service by any automated means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the models, prompts, extractors, strategies or source code behind the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, rebrand or offer Output as a signal service, newsletter, advisory product or the like.
- Use the Service to manipulate a market, to launder money, or for anything unlawful where you are.
- Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your age or eligibility, or share access with people who have not been admitted.
- Submit content that is unlawful, that infringes anyone's rights, or that is designed to make the desk produce harmful output.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, with notice where the law requires it and without notice where it does not.
10. Price
Jaadu 2.0 is free during the private beta, and nothing in these Terms obliges you to pay anything. If we introduce paid plans, we will show you the price, the billing period and the cancellation and refund rules before you pay, we will never charge you without your express agreement, and we will update these Terms and ask you to accept the new version first. Any free tier or trial can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and we will never require payment details for something described as free.
11. Private beta
The Service is in private beta. Joining the waitlist creates a pending account and holds your place; it does not promise access. We decide who is admitted and when, and may approve, decline or defer any account. The Service may be unavailable, may change, and may break. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you, but we cannot promise to in every case.
12. Third-party data and services
Market data is obtained from exchanges and data providers and from our own data pipeline. It is provided for your personal analysis only; you may not redistribute it. The providers' own terms apply to their data, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or changes. Your browser may connect directly to a provider to load data, as the Privacy Policy explains.
13. Intellectual property
Jaadu 2.0, the Jaadu 2.0 name and logo, the Service, its models, extractors, indicators, prompts, designs, documentation and Output (other than Your Content within it) belong to Alzyon Tech Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark and other laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and Output for your own trading research, subject to these Terms. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you, and you confirm they are not confidential. Do not use our name or logo to suggest we endorse or are associated with you without our written permission.
14. Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time. We do not promise any level of uptime. We may set fair-use limits, for example on the number of questions per day, and will show them in the product. We may modify these Terms; clause 19 says how.
15. Suspension and termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used to harm the Service or others, or if we discontinue Jaadu 2.0. Clauses 5 to 8, 13 and 16 to 19 survive termination.
16. No warranties
The Service and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability, and any warranty that Output will be profitable or free of error. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, revenue, savings, data or opportunity, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, arising out of or connected with the Service or any Output, however caused, even if we were told it was possible.
- Our total liability to you for everything arising out of or connected with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to ₹1,000, or, if you have paid us for the Service in that period, the amount you paid.
These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not limit the rights a consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs of defending them, that arise from your breach of clauses 3, 8 or 9, or from your use of Output to advise or solicit others.
18. Governing law, and your rights as a consumer
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next paragraph, the courts at Jagdalpur, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away your right to approach the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or, if you live outside India, the courts and consumer protections of your own country where the law gives you that right. These Terms contain no arbitration clause, and we will not ask you to arbitrate.
Before starting any proceeding, please write to our Grievance Officer (clause 20). Most problems are fixed there within days.
19. General
- Changes to these Terms. We may update them. For a material change we will email you at least 15 days before it takes effect and, where the law requires, ask you to accept it again; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept it. The version number and date above identify the Terms you accepted.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service and replace any earlier terms.
- Severability. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest stands, and that part is read down to the minimum needed to make it enforceable.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement. We may transfer it to a successor of our business, and will tell you if we do.
- Notices to you go to your account email. Notices to us go to the address in clause 20.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Translations are for convenience; the English text prevails.
